
Schnitzel and Spaetzle Cooking Class
Continuing on with our German theme, we will be cooking schnitzel and spaetzle!! Have you ever had Schnitzel before? It’s a fried pork cutlet sometimes covered with gravy. Kinda like a chicken fried steak. This class will teach you how to make it in your own kitchen along with spaetzle (soft egg noodle) and a delicious German salad.
This class will last for 1 1/2 – 2 hours. You’ll have me as your chef during this class to ask any questions you may have as we cook together. The instructions and ingredients for this class will be sent once you register for the class.
